At The Wag Loft, we want you (and your dog) to be genuinely happy with your gear — not just "eh, it's fine" happy.

If something's not right, we'll make it right. We offer refunds for:

• Items that arrived incorrect
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To request one, email us at admin@thewagloft.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong — no need for an essay, we believe you.

For best long-term results (translation: so your shirt stays as soft and cozy as day one), please follow the washing and care instructions included with your order.
