Free shipping on orders over $75 — because saving money on shipping means more money for treats. (Yours or the dog's, we don't judge.)

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 4-8 business days. We're quick, but we're not "skipping the dog's walk to pack faster" quick. Processing times may run a little longer during peak periods.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Order Updates
Tracking info will land in your inbox as soon as your order ships, so you'll know exactly when to start doing the "is it here yet" porch check.

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout — so the only thing you need to worry about is your dog stealing your seat while you shop.
